RichPro needed more than a website redesign. Their existing site gave the internal team very little control over their own content, leaving even routine website updates dependent on their previous website partner.

We rebuilt the site from the ground up with usability in mind on both sides of the screen. On the front end, we reorganized and redesigned the experience to make RichPro’s services easier to understand and navigate. On the back end, we created a flexible, intuitive WordPress system that gives their team the freedom to update content, add new information, and manage their website independently.

The result is a site that looks and works better for RichPro’s customers—and, just as importantly, works better for the people responsible for keeping it up to date.
